Recruiter Engineering & Manufacturing
We are currently in the market for someone to join a technical recruitment agency specialising in manufacturing and construction recruitment.
Ideally we are seeking an experience 360 Consultant with 3-4 years' experience in technical/engineering recruitment. However, experienced 360 Consultant's from other sectors will be considered. The role will involve working in a 3/4 person team, under a team leader/manager and we are seeking someone with strong business development skills.

The package
-£30,000 to £35,000 per annum (subject to experience)
-Excellent commission structure (OTE in year one 40/50k)
-22-days annual holiday
-Parking space
-Supportive working environment
-Car driver required (to attend meetings - mileage reimbursed)

The job:
-Contacting and developing existing database Clients
-Making sales calls to new prospects and attending client meeting wherever possible to build rapport
-Filling live roles and working towards yearly revenue target
-Providing guidance and motivation to new, trainee consultant's

Responsibilities and skills:
-Make sales call to new and existing/warm Clients
-Updating CRM system with communications
-Build rapport with prospect Clients attend meetings where necessary
-Generate sales pipeline
-Use of CRM to record call details and set follow-up actions
-Work towards yearly target/budget
-Provide rates to Clients and close out orders/staffing requirements
-Use of social media (LinkedIn/Facebook) to increase awareness and networking
