Job description

The Pavilion on the Park provides a community venue to a variety of local community and charity groups as well as local residents and businesses. We also manage projects providing activities and services for children, young people and adults as well as those with disabilities.

We are looking for a great candidate who loves their community!

We are looking for outgoing, self-motivated and friendly individuals who enjoy working in the community, meeting new people and looking after customers.

The café is open Monday-Sunday and job roles will include;

Serving customers and users of the venue
Cooking from the menu, serving barista coffees and snacks
Day to day tasks
Cleaning all aspects of the cafe and kitchen
NVQ 2 in food production and cooking for our cooks (essential)
NVQ 2 in Food safety and hygiene for all staff (desired)

We are a community café that supports the work of the Eastleigh Youth and Community Trust, and helps fund the services provided by Pavilion on the Park in Eastleigh. By joining us you are helping us achieve our charitable aims to provide inclusive educational, social, recreational and leisure time activities for children, young people, for the residents of Eastleigh and the immediate neighbourhood by effectively managing a youth and community centre.
