PMO Manager // Finance // Governance // London Market // Insurance
CONTRACT / LONDON / HYBRID WORKING
A fast growing London Market Insurer has a requirement for a PMO Manager to join their London based team.
Key responsibilities:
- Document and define the scope of each programme
- Own the delivery of the plan ensuring that milestones and deliverables are tracked in line with the required timeframes
- Develop and own the delivery of status reporting and co-ordinate regular programme update meeting
- Track and proactively seek resolution of issues or escalate accordingly
- Document the objectives of each programme by engaging with key management stakeholders across Finance, Ops, Technology and Compliance
- Develop separate milestone/deliverable plans for each programme including identifying and documenting key dependencies
Key experience:
- 8 + years minimum PMO Manager experience
- Must have London Market Insurance experience (ideally Reinsurance experience)
- Experience of working on complex change programmes in the Finance, Ops, Technology and/or Compliance space with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working on Finance transformation programmes
