Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join our IT team in Livingston.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focussed individual who possesses strong problem-solving skills, basic technical knowledge and has a keen interest in IT. This role would suit an individual with experience in a customer focussed IT role, and/or someone who is looking for their next step in their IT career. Training will be provided.
What will you be doing?
As an IT Support Analyst, your core responsibilities will be –
- Using Manage Engine to log, prioritise and track IT support tickets.
- Providing first line support to end-users by troubleshooting technical issues, resolving common problems, and escalating more complex issues to the IT support manager.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing responsive and professional support to internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring tickets are completed in line and within departmental SLA’s.
- Communicating effectively, and building strong, trusting relationships, with internal stakeholders and being the first point of contact when IT problems arise.
- Diagnosing hardware issues with corporate issued devices and managed printers.
- Adding users into specific security groups and changing passwords on Microsoft Azure.
- Preparing and ordering new equipment, including laptops and mobile devices, for new starters and internal changes.
- Provisioning sim cards and new connections for corporate devices.
- Remotely wiping hardware and terminating user access following the leaver process.
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of knowledgebase articles.
- Working with Microsoft 365, Unifi Identity, Samsung Knox, and other exciting platforms to deliver an excellent IT focussed environment for our people.
Requirements
Experience: Essential
- Experience in a Customer focused IT role.
- The ability to communicate with people on all levels.
- A keen interest in IT.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in multi-tasking.
- Ability to analyse and think out of the box.
- Ability to work under pressure, alone and within a team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail.
