Your Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to be responsible for organising and overseeing the production of fixed price proposals in response to requests for information, presentations and project proposals. The Proposal Manager prepares development schedules, identifies and liaises with the correct stakeholders to appoint the multi-disciplinary team. Make an impact
- In this role you are responsible for delivering high-quality proposals to strict deadlines in order to meet customer demands in line with Swisslog processes.
- Furthermore you will be responsible for quality/process adherence and co-ordinating the PCO.
- You will plan and delegate the work associated with the proposal documents to a high quality standard and within strict deadlines in line with relevant line management.
- You will work in conjunction with the nominated Sales opportunity team to support the sales process, coordinating all relevant functions that are in the Sales process and be responsible for ensuring quality, accuracy, timing and precision of the Sales Proposal.
- You will ensure adherence to the Risk Review Process and coordinating the preparation of the proposal with all relevant stakeholders.
Bring to the team
- It is essential that the successful candidate has Higher Education or equivalent in business management, economics, industrial engineering and project management.
- The ideal candidate will have minimum of 3 years Project Management Experience and interpersonal sales training.
- Experience of the intralogistics industry or automation is highly desirable
- As a perfect match to this role you are able to adapt to new and changing demands and situations. In addition you are used to plan and organize multiple tasks or projects.
- Fluent English language skill is a must, additional language skills are an advantage.
