Job description

Our Client, a leading Yorkshire law firm, are recruiting for a residential conveyancer to join their team in their Leeds City Centre office. The role would suit a residential conveyancer with upwards of 2 years' experience handling their own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases, from the point of instruction through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Handling your own caseload of residential freehold and leasehold sales, purchase and remortgage cases from the point of instruction through to completion with the aid of an assistant.
• Providing expert legal advice and ongoing updates as the case progresses.
• Taking new instructions and undertaking property searches.
• Preparing files for exchange and completion, and actioning the same.
• Post completion formalities.

This is an office based role, in central Leeds.

Salary to £40,000 dependent on experience.
