Advise and support on all HR activities ensuring legislative and best practice processes are adhered to Support line management in all organisational change activities ensuring the principles of fairness, equality of treatment and transparency are maintained whilst working within the relevant local legislative framework. Empower, coach, and enable line managers to take full responsibility for the leadership and management of their teams, developing leaders of the future. Quickly respond to requests for help from employees, managers or leaders, coaching where possible such that repeat requests are avoided. Provide advice and guidance to line management, as required, on the interpretation and application of local employment law and related HR policies and procedures and provide resourcing and recruitment advice where necessary Work with the wider HR team to support and implement HR strategies and initiatives Manage Employee and Labour Relations issues ensuring we comply with UK employment law. Provide strategic and tactical direction required to successfully execute union negotiations and consultation.Job tags
