Field Care Supervisor – £13.00 per hour weekdays £15.00 weekends
20 hours fixed Contract based on a 4-week rota pattern. Example below ;
Your Role as a Care Field Supervisor A position for a Care Field Supervisor has emerged in this well-established and expanding domiciliary care company. The position will see the successful applicant join our existing care management team who together, jointly cover and oversee the provision of care throughout the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds areas.
Candidates with previous domiciliary care experience are preferred - those with NVQ3 (or equivalent) or higher qualifications are particularly desirable, although this is not essential for the post if you are experienced. However, candidates must have a full UK driving licence and be locally based or within a reasonable commuting distance.
The successful Care Field Supervisor will, along with our other field supervisors, provide support to our care staff, ensure new starters are supported out on shadow shifts, carry out spot checks on staff, review care plans, manage our staff rotaring in support of our care Coordinator and liaise with the families of clients, participate with the on-call - one in four weekends and support the care manager in any duties required, supporting the management team with auditing and compliance,
This role will involve using IT systems (for which full training will be provided). Organisational skills and naturally outgoing are highly desired.
The successful Care Field Supervisor will be someone who can act as a good role model for carers, providing motivation whilst also overseeing the quality of care provided.

Previous experience in a care workplace
