Job description
Our client is a sub-contractor that specialise in providing M&E, Brick work and other trade services to main contractors and developers on high volume residential projects.
They have a current requirement for a site manager to oversee a team of tradesman on a 60-unit residential project based in Bromley.
The main scope of works will be on the brick work and M&E however, there will be other areas of work to manage.
This is an immediate requirement starting on the 26th of February. You must have a strong understanding of M&E and have experience of working on residential projects.
