Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

The Client:

Our client is a well-established law firm, providing exceptional services to individuals, businesses, and their owners.

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor , you will manage a diverse caseload, handling commercial property transactions and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the commercial department.
• Oversee surrendering and assigning leases.
• Conduct commercial property sales and purchases.
• Manage SIPP purchases with leasebacks.
• Handle option agreements for both owner and developer.
• Address residential lease extensions & collective enfranchisement.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer or in a similar role.
• Possess 4 years + PQE as a Solicitor.
• Experience in commercial property.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
