Job Title: Powder Coater

Pay Rate: £12.50ph

Monday-Thursday 07:00-15:00 Friday 07:00-13:00

Job Description: We are looking for a Powder Coater to prepare, coat, and finish surfaces of our products using specialized equipment and techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder coating and a strong understanding of safety procedures. This role will involve working with a variety of materials to apply coatings according to specifications, ensuring a high-quality finish.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
• Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings evenly and accurately.
• Monitor coating processes to ensure proper thickness and adhesion.
• Perform quality inspections to identify and address any defects or imperfections.
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Powder Coater or similar role.
• Proficient in powder coating techniques and equipment operation.
• Knowledge of surface preparation methods and materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
