A Liverpool-based, established Facilities Management provider who operate across the North West region, specialising in electrical maintenance and installation. Working primarily within the commercial, retial and leisure sectors. The company has a close-knit team of individuals, with a family-type culture and approach to work. Recent expansion and award of new contracts has brought out the need for an increase in the workforce.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the electrical maintenance and installation work on commercial offices across the North West region. Your key duties will include:
- Undertaking all electrical reactive and proactive works in line with customer expectations
- You will perform new electrical installations, both minor and major.
- Perform fault-finding, testing and inspection works
- Surveying work when required
- Provide rare emergency call out work when required
- Oversee specialist subcontractor duties on behalf of the client
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you MUST have the following:
- Time served status and 4 years experience in the industry
- JIB gold or ability to achieve
- 2391 or equivalent
- UK driving licence

- 18th edition
- IPAF
- PASMA
