Deputy Nursing Home Manager required to join prestigious care home. You will work as a Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Elderly Care Home Clinical Lead of a nursing home based in commuting distance of Southampton, Winchester, Fareham, Salisbury etc.
Our client is keen to hire an experienced Clinical Lead / Clinical Manager / Senior Nurse / Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager. Candidates must be Nurse qualified and candidates must have had some managerial experience within an elderly care setting. This is a large nursing home, therefore, our client requires a strong, experienced nursing home deputy manager candidate.
As Deputy Manager / Deputy Home Manager you will manage teams of Nurses and Carers and you will ensure nursing care is delivered to the very highest of standards. You will manage all clinical operations within the home and support the Nursing Home Manager to ensure high levels of care are delivered at all times. You will oversee care planning, care delivering and you will deliver care to elderly people with a variety of care needs including dementia care and palliative care.


The successful Deputy Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager will have the following skills and experience:

-Nurse / RGN / RMN qualification essential
-Experience managing within an elderly care home
-Experience gained working as a Deputy Care Home Manager / Deputy Manager / Nurse Manager / Senior Nurse / Deputy Care Home Manager / Deputy Home Manager.
