• Position: Customer Support Specialist
• Salary:  £12.50 – £13.30 per hour
• Location: Burgess Hill
• Hours: Monday – Friday, full time

Our client, an expert in their field is seeking a Customer Support Specialist on a temporary basis for 6 months.

The roles include:

• Analyse supplier and customer data regarding ordering and delivery of parts.
• Analyse and process materials returned from customers.
• Analyse customer parts requirement enquiries.
• Facilitating responses and resolve delivery problems.
• Providing exceptional customer service to customers.
• Review customer purchase orders.
• Process and maintain customer purchase orders, order entry, inputting on ERP and portal management.
• Prioritising orders with issues based on required ship dates.
• Review and action open orders.
• Resolve customer claims with the correct department.

Experience

• 2-4 years’ related work experience.
• Experience in program management and customer support.
• Previous experience within a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office.
