About Our Client

Working for a fast paced and reputable manufacturing business in West Yorkshire.

Job Description

The Plant Financial Controller will be responsible for the following:

• Preparation of month end management accounts
• Production of annual budgets and lead on the monthly forecasting process.
• Provide support and guidance on all business finance issues to senior business leaders
• Be the main point of contact for all financial issues regarding plant manufacturing / logistics.
• Process and systems improvement
• Investigate and resolve significant financial variances generated with budget holders.
• Staff management

The Successful Applicant

The Plant Financial Controller will have the following:

• Qualified accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE
• Experience in a fast paced manufacturing and production/supply chain environment
• Good attention to detail, analytical skills and sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with senior management.
• Strong SAP and Excel skills ideally but not essential
