Net Zero Carbon Consultant

My client is a growing and vibrant sustainability practice who provide their multidiscipline services to the construction and property industry. My client has the exciting opportunity for a established Net Zero Carbon consultant to join their team in their Cardiff offices.
Role responsibilities include:
- Produce Net Zero carbo strategies and building certifications
- Assist with environmental assessments with the use of BREEAM and LEED
- Be up to date with the latest Low carbon technologies
- Develop and maintain client relationships through the provision of design advice
- Develop client presentations and written reports to a high standard.
Requirements for the role include:
- Relevant degree within a sustainability or environmental science field
- Relevant experience within a similar role, showing demonstratable knowledge and experience of Carbon assessments and life appraisals
- Experience with environmental assessments such as BREEAM and LEED would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Preferably live within a commutable distance in Cardiff, however the role does offer remote working.
