Line Leader - Permanent Role
Kent
Key role and responsibilities for Line Leader
- Managing, motivating and utilising staff effectively
- Managing production line efficiently & effectively
- Guide the staff to perform their jobs accordingly
- Working closely with planning, quality control & production management team
- Following labelling process when required
- cleaning down and setting up production lines
Minimum requirements for Line Leader
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under the pressure
- Very good organisational skills
- Leading by example
Pay rate: up to £13.38 per hour
Working hours
4 days on 3 days off,
days off may not be consecutive
07:00 - 19:00
