About the role:
The Configuration Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of specific data within our configuration platform. Working closely with our research teams, you will update records within the configuration portal to reflect changing requirements. You will be responsible for mapping data between the configuration portal and external systems that generate business documents and feed directly into new and existing RPA processes.
You will utilise XML language used within the configuration portal to build queries which facilitate data mapping and export. This role will require you to have a great eye for detail, and to work collaboratively with remote teams globally. In this role you will be using technologies such as ActivePDF and DocumentCorePack to output complex documents, driven by the data contained within the configuration portal.

The successful candidate will have a strong affinity for data handling and technical realisation and have the ability to understand business processes, and the impact data has within these processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, structure and analyse data is required alongside attention to detail and accuracy.

Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment with over 20 different languages being spoken.
