Job description
To carry out planned and unplanned maintenance duties on Trust premises as directed by the Estates Officers and Maintenance Assistant Supervisor, and other Senior Managers as required. Assist tradesmen in engineering and building works as required. Maintain stores stock control and issue/record all parts issued and stock delivered. They will be required to participate in the Estates on-call rota and undertake essential out of hours on-call duties, as directed. A full car driving licence is required.
