Bath Volkswagen are looking for a Service Advisor to join their busy front of house team
In this role:
- You will manage all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership
- You will manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles.
- You will explain to the customer the work carried out on their vehicle
- You will understand and adhere to Brand service requirements
In order to be successful for this position, you will:
- Have excellent interpersonal / customer skills
- Have experience in a highly focused, customer-facing role
- Have had previous relevant experience
- Be passionate about delivering an exception customer experience
- Be organised and have good attention to detail
