Position: Cable Loom Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fabricate cable looms according to engineering specifications and industry standards.
- Interpret technical drawings wiring diagrams and work instructions to accurately complete cable assemblies.
- Safely and effectively use a variety of tools including wire strippers crimpers heat guns and soldering equipment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications identifying and rectifying any defects or inconsistencies.
- Follow established production schedules and meet assigned deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support in troubleshooting and problemsolving activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives suggesting process enhancements to optimize productivity and quality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cable assembly or a related production role is highly desirable.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings wiring diagrams and work instructions.
- Solid understanding of cable types connectors and industrystandard practices.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in cable assembly such as wire strippers crimpers heat guns and soldering equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities to meet production deadlines.
- Team player mentality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
