GSL Education are actively on the lookout for dedicated and experienced
FQT -
SEMH Teacher to provide crucial support to the
SEMH Schools in Southampton and its surrounding areas.
We consider applications from unqualified teachers as well ; however, it is important to note that the remuneration for such candidates is subject to a distinct pay scale.

To be successful for this role, the ideal candidate will:

- Comfortable working in environments with challenging behaviour.
- A passion and desire to work with students that have additional needs.
- Be resilient and patient.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS, PGCE ).
- Strong behaviour management.
- Experience on challenging behaviour.
- Strong understanding of SEN educational needs and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
