Job description
 Office Manager Cheltenham salary negotiable DOE. 
 Were working with a prestigious law firm based in Cheltenham whore looking for an ambitious Office Manager to assist their Practice Manager. 
 Responsibilities: 
 Oversee and manage daytoday operations of the office 
 Coordinate and schedule appointments meetings and events 
 Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory 
 Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence 
 Manage office budgets and expenses 
 Ensure office policies and procedures are followed 
 Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support 
 Assist with human resources tasks such as recruiting onboarding and employee relations 
 Maintain a clean and organized office environment 
 Qualifications: 
 Proven experience as an office manager 
 Strong organizational and time management skills 
 Excellent clerical skills including typing filing and record keeping 
 Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software 
 Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures 
 Ability to effectively supervise a team and delegate tasks 
 Strong written and verbal communication skills 
 Proficient in using office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
 Professional phone etiquette
