Our established and award-winning client is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their busy team in Ely. The Role:

The purpose of this role is to build and maintain digital marketing platform systems, this will include sales enablement tools and lead management software to support B2B marketing efforts. You’ll also be managing 2 direct reports, so previous people management experience is key for this one.

Day-to-day, you could be…

• Developing marketing activities such as SEO, keyword research, thought leadership content, social media, and marketing automation.
• Planning data-driven campaigns for user purposes via paid channels.
• Be the go-to person for all things data and analytical.
• Optimising campaigns including ads, testing land pages and analysis of A/B tests.
• Designing campaigns that generate leads and nurturing customers through the customer journey.
• Continuously analyse/monitor campaign data.

To be successful, you must have…

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot or Marketo.
• A strategic, data and analytical mind with a strong focus on ROI.
• Previous people management experience.
• A relevant degree in marketing.

Location: - Ely, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid - WFH 2 days)

This role offers hybrid working and due to the office location, this is commutable from March, Chatteris, Peterborough, Downham Market, Littleport, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Cambridge, St Ives, and Huntingdon.
