Job description
ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER – 6 MONTHS – MIDDLESBROUGH – START MARCH 2024 – circa £30.00 per hour
AndersElite urgently require an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Middlesbrough to support a multi-million pound ongoing build project within the industrial / maritime sector.
Candidates should have a strong contracting background as a leading electrical manager and ideally experience of high value commercial or industrial projects.
This is a freelance / contract position available immediately and will last for approximately 6 months until completion of the project in Autumn 2024.
Candidates should possess a minimum of SSSTS or ideally SMSTS and have relevant electrical trade and management accreditations such as CSCS / ECS / JIB. 1st Aid is also an advantage.
As Electrical Projects Manager you will be reporting into the overall project manager with responsibility for all electrical elements on site.
• You must be able to have demonstrable knowledge of Contract Management or Project management roles.
• Results driven attitude, leading site team by example to ensure project success.
• Attend client meetings
• General paperwork management RFIs, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Site diaries, Project programmes, Snagging Lists, general correspondence between the client, contractors and design consultancies
• Design Review and variations
• Managing site issues and keeping to deadlines
• Managing site health and safety issues on site
This position for an Electrical Project Manager is immediately available and remuneration will be based on an hourly rate of approximately £30 per hour depending on experience.
