Job description
Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Trust Officer, Guernsey.
Overall purpose of the role:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a small portfolio of clients and assist the case
manager with all aspects of running a portfolio of more complex clients of the company.
Key responsibilities will include;
• Trust and Company Client Administration.
• Producing Bank Payments.
• Preparing Minutes and Resolutions.
• Client liaison and meetings as appropriate.
• Data entry and static data onto office software (Flying Boat).
• Ad hoc project work – large scale data input, group trust closures.
• New client take on –data entry within time scales set out by the New Business Committee.
The successful candidate will have:
• Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role.
