Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and prestigious company who provide a range of fresh vegetables to their clients.

Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Crop & Harvest Analyst for their Holbeach, Lincolnshire site.

The Role

• Collate, analyse, and provide daily, weekly, period reports

• Collate and process payroll data to payroll department

• Key areas to cover include plant growth rates, time to harvest, varietal performance, yield analysis and harvest KPI’s

• Develop key internal and external business relationships

• Purchase and monitoring of PPE, knife and bottled water usage

Requirements For The Role

• Experience of vegetable production or associated industry

• Ability to manage timesheets

• High level of Excel and PowerPoint capability
