Job description

A large, mixed secondary school in Hillingdon are looking for an Art Teacher to join their school in April for a one-term contract.

The Role

The school are looking for an experienced Art Teacher with QTS or extensive experience teaching art for 11 – 16-year-olds. Your role will include teaching a wide range of art techniques using a variety of materials and artistic techniques. You will be teaching Art predominately across KS3 with some classes in KS4. Planning will be provided although you may be required to do some adjustments and developments to plans for your individual classes. You will work closely with the head of Art and the other teachers within the department and will be involved in assessments and some end of year reporting.

This role is to start in April 2024 and is offered on a fixed-term contract basis until the end of the academic year.
