Job description
This is an interesting and varied position where there is lots of training available and the role will progress over time. You will be joining a project team of 4 who between them ensure that clients’ projects are delivered on time and within budget. No two projects are the same, even though the equipment supplied can be similar, some turn around in 2 months, others 2 years depending on size and your involvement in the projects will grow over time and with training.
To begin with, you will be converting quotes into project files and from there producing job sheets and invoices. You will acknowledge customer orders, liaise with suppliers, and organise works to be carried out which will entail issuing job sheets for the engineers and ensuring all paperwork is completed as you move through each job/project.
As you progress you will become involved in the production of manuals, using CAD as well as operating manuals and risk assessments for sites, an interest in health and safety would be fantastic.

We need a strong administrator here, someone confident who can speak to customers and engineers. You must be organised and willing to learn, there is so much involved here which will make your days fly by and your skills will grow each day. This is a long-term role, we are looking for someone to settle and grow their career here, they are willing to teach and promote to help you be your best. Attitude is key as well as a fun personality and ability to learn on the job. Of course, you will have excellent IT skills, phone manner, and communication skills to bring to this lovely role.
