With community work spanning three decades Brentford FC Community Sports Trust has established itself as a pioneering organisation for the local community. It uses the power of sport to educate motivate and inspire people from all walks of life.
Working in partnership with Brentford FC the Trust offers a portfolio of programmes in education health sports participation and community engagement. The Trust has won the Football League Community Club of the Year award four times and now employs more than 100 members of staff. The Trust is forecasting further significant expansion over the next two years following its appointment as a key partner in the redevelopment of Gunnersbury Park as a sports hub and its move to new larger purposebuilt premises directly adjacent to the new Brentford FC 17500 capacity stadium near Kew Bridge in 2021.

Main Purpose of Job
The Front of House and Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the Trust head office and NHS Wellbeing & Recovery College. You will be responsible for ensuring they receive a friendly and professional welcome. This role will support with administrative tasks and practical assistance to ensure the smooth running of the office and event space.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors to the Hub and Office and direct as necessary ensuring safeguarding processes are met
- Order and maintain office supplies (Gunnersbury Park & Main office) Assistant
- Organise meeting room bookings and ensure rooms remain clear and tidy
- Provide practical support and assistance to the Events Team
- Monitor and control access to the premises ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Implement security measures to safeguard the wellbeing of employees clients and visitors.
- Greet and screen visitors verifying their identity and purpose of visit.
- Ensure that all visitors sign in and wear appropriate identification badges.
- Keep office organised to promote an efficient and safe working environment
- Maintain a high level of customer service both in person in writing and over the phone
- Answer the phone promptly and with a professional approach
- Liaise with other departments and support with administrative tasks as required
- Any other duties as delegated by the Hospitality & Events Team

- Previous relevant experience preferred or able to demonstrate transferable skills.

The Appointment
Annual salary will be 23000 to 25000 per annum depending on experience.
