Salary: £60,690 to £64,431 ( Soulbury Scale Point 9-12) Plus relocation package to eligible candidates
Terms: 37 Hours per week / Permanent

Our Purpose
We are seeking to employ a skilled Educational Psychologist, with recent management experience, to lead our well-established and highly-regarded Educational Psychology Service.
In addition to this , we are also looking to recruit 2 x experience Education Psychologists to join our well-established and highly-regarded Educational Psychology Service.

The Role & Team
The Principal Educational Psychologist is a member of the wider Education and Inclusion Team providing opportunities to make a significant contribution to strategic planning across the education service.
The Service works closely with parents and carers, partners in education settings and the Local Authority to help raise achievement, promote inclusion and support the emotional wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people across the borough.
We require an excellent communicator who has a strong vision for the development of high-quality service delivery and is knowledgeable about current practice in educational psychology and additional learning needs.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to and working with the Head of Service for Send and Inclusion, provide strategic and operational leadership to the Educational Psychology Service in the context of the overall provision of services to children and young people including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Have responsibility for the clinical supervision and deployment of Educational Psychologists and Assistant Educational Psychologists across North East Lincolnshire, as well as managing the budget for the Educational Psychology Service.
Operate a traded service with education settings to provide non-statutory Educational Psychology services.
Drive and implement the strategic and operational vision of the Council and successfully manage the cultural change required to achieve excellent service delivery in relation to education, inclusion and outreach.
Hold joint responsibility for developing the agenda of service improvement and the ongoing development with partners, including education settings and voluntary organisations, to achieve effective and excellent multi-agency working focused around the child and young person.
Continually learn from best practice locally and nationally.
Working Arrangements
This role is a blended working role (the duties of the role may require a blend of home and office working, and working within education settings, in line with the needs of the service).
