The role of the OD Business Partner is to work closely with the business, at both an organisational and department level, ensuring that our leaders, colleagues, and councillors develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviour they need to grow and thrive in their role.
The OD Business Partner will deliver organisational development initiatives and interventions to enable the business to change and adapt in line with future priorities and culture requirements.
The role will also deliver a comprehensive professional, proactive and high-quality OD partnering service to Directorates and service teams.

You will have a strong track record in designing and implementing organisational development and change management initiatives and experience of leadership coaching and facilitation.
