The Kitchen Porter will maintain cleanliness in wash up area and supervise assistant dish washers. Duties include dish washing, pot washing, use of dishwasher machine and regular washing machine for drying towels. Waste management and sweeping and mopping floors at shift end. Assisting chefs in deep cleans and when quiet some basic food prep. Handling of cleaning chemicals. The kitchen Porter is regarded as an essential part of our kitchen team and is treated with respect. .
