Full-time bilingual French/English-speaking Governess required for G5, located in Dubai, UAE £1400 – £1600 per week. Live in, Start ASAP
A busy family located in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced, qualified, and professional French and English-speaking Governess to assist with the education of their daughter. As a Governess, you will assist and organise the daily schedule of the girl and support her education. You will be required to attend school meetings, coordinate with her teachers, and escort her to after-school activities. In addition to this, you will be required to assist with the young girl’s social and emotional development as she becomes older as well as encourage positive relationships with peers, and overall promote a healthy lifestyle. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Governess who is a qualified teacher, holding a PGCE/QTS/MA or equivalent. Good administrative and organisational skills are essential, along with a friendly and creative personality. The ability to work as a team is crucial as the family has a fully staffed household. This is a live-in position, with a private room and bathroom provided. For the short term you will be required to share a room with the young girl, to encourage her to be settled and transition to independence during the night. A private space is provided in the shared room. The family travels internationally and you will be required to travel with them.
