Lexus is experiencing unprecedented growth in vehicle sales; plans are underway to complete a modern, state of the art dealership in Napier to represent Lexus.

Having vehicle sales experience is not a prerequisite for the role, however, having a strong work ethic and proven success is.

The role:

• Achieve sales targets and work as part of a successful team.
• Sell to and follow up with existing customers and new prospects.
• Gain an excellent knowledge of Lexus vehicles, the technology, and the benefits to the customers.
• Demonstrate and sell vehicles locally and outside of Hawke's Bay.
• Ensure all customer information is updated and documentation completed accurately.
• Anticipate customer needs to ensure their experience is amazing throughout the sales process.
