This impressive top 50 UK Law firm based in Cardiff is looking to welcome an employment associate into their specialist employment team. The team advise on a wide range of employment issues, acting for national and international clients in both public and private sectors. The team are highly regarded and have received top tier rankings from both Legal 500 and Chambers UK. If you are an employment solicitor interested in an opportunity in Cardiff, you would be hard placed finding a better opportunity.

In this role you would enjoy a mix of employment work including both contentious and non-contentious matters. You would be dealing with disputes, general advisory work, corporate support work and some client training occasionally. Client wise, you would be advising leading employers across a broad spectrum of sectors examples include third sector organisations, household named retail clients and NHS and government bodies.

This firm are huge on work life balance, your working week would be entirely business dependant but would usually be hybrid with some time at home and some in the office.
