Our client is a highly regarded accountancy and auditing firm who is looking for a talented Company Secretarial Manager to develop its team and help set the direction of its Company Secretarial department.
This role is Hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office, and 2 from home, the offices are bespoke, best in class, with all the amenities you could need as a professional in the industry!
The role:
- Managing 2-3 Company Secretarial Professionals
- Training and developing members of the team
- Managing/maintaining a large portfolio of clients across various sectors
- Advising clients on changes and developments in the Companies Act
- Involvement in technical transaction work and advising clients on such transactions
- Managing Board meetings
About you:
- Ideally, a minimum of 4 years’ working as a Company Secretarial Professional
- Relevant qualifications (CGI, ICSA) are highly preferred
- Strong management experience
- Strong client-facing skills
