Job description

The ONE Group are yet again, proud to be exclusively partnering with a local not for profit organisation who are based in Peterborough, in their search for a Senior Management Accountant. This role will see you heading up the monthly management reporting and the accounts payable team, making sure KPIs are achieved.

You should be an ACCA/CIMA qualified Accountant, or actively studying towards your qualification, managerial experience would be desirable as well as strong exposure to stakeholder management.

You'll be responsible for a varied role, which includes:

• Production of monthly management accounts.
• Variance analysis reports
• Arrange and hold meetings with budget holders to review performance.
• Prepare and develop business plans, budgets and forecasts
• Manage the accounts payable team, providing support and guidance.
• Participate in business area reviews.
• Support senior managers to develop business cases.
• Support in the development of improving efficiencies.

For the above, you will be able to work from home one day a week. This role offers a salary of up to £43,000 depending on experience.
