In the capacity of an assistant store manager, your primary focus will be to propel the commercial success of your designated department. Additionally, you will lead a team of 7 to 10 dedicated sales floor staff. This role places significant emphasis on hands-on leadership, as you will exemplify the standard for your team through your actions. Collaboration is essential, given your integration within a broader management team overseeing multiple stores, necessitating seamless teamwork and operational efficiency. Ideally, you will possess a background in retail management, showcasing a sharp sense of commercial insight. Your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and your proactive approach to meeting store performance targets in alignment with KPIs will be highly valuable. Given that many team members may come from concessions and external brands, your adeptness in fostering robust relationships will be greatly advantageous. The compensation package for this role encompasses a salary of up to £34,500 for the ideal candidate, complemented by an extensive benefits package that includes an annual bonus of £4,000.
