Job description
We are looking for experienced Support Workers in Aberdeen.
A minimum of 6 months experience with complex needs and behaviours that challenge is required. Must be able to carry out physical interventions.
F ull UK driving licence preferred.
Our service in Dubford comprises of 3 buildings and provides accommodation to a maximum of 24 adults in both shared and single tenancies. We provide support to adults who present with complex needs and behaviours that may be described as challenging.
The successful candidates will have a positive attitude and be caring, professional and respectful with a passion to develop healthy interaction and engagement, placing the needs of the people we support first.
Support Workers are responsible for ensuring the people we support receive the highest standard of care and will assist with a variety of everyday duties including; personal care, household tasks, cooking and shopping as well as support with social and leisure activities.
