Job description

This is a great opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor who has experience in both fit-out and refurbishment, who is confident managing their own projects through all stages of procurement. With projects based in both Zones 1 & 2 and valued at £10 million - £30 million, this is a great opportunity for someone who is confident and has the ability to manage projects of that size.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire cost life cycle of fit out and refurbishment projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Expertise in commercial and prime residential developments.
• Track record of managing projects with a value of up to £10 million.
• Strong communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cost management.
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
