Job description

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Christchurch, Dorset team!

As a Contracts Manager you will be dealing with formulation of contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices and performance standards for division/product areas and programs.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of working in contracts management within the aerospace or defense sector.

• Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and evaluation of assigned employees.
• Facilitates effective implementation of contract responsibilities within program objectives and requirements.
• Responsible for the management and administration of company contracts including overseeing proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
• Reviews and resolves all issues effecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements, company and customer objectives.
• Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.

With over 50 years of experience in aviation technology, Curtiss-Wright's Sensors & Controls Division is continuing the legacy of flight innovation, providing critical components on a variety of commercial, defense and industrial platforms. From solenoid valves and sensors, to linear and rotary actuators, we work closely with systems integrators to deliver the most reliable products on the market.

Curtiss-Wright's Sensors and Controls business unit are looking for a Sr Quality Engineer to join us at our site in Christchurch, UK. Here, we design and manufacture flight critical parts for Commercial and Military aircraft and this is your chance to join us as we grow.
