We have embarked upon an exciting journey to transform the business to better serve our customers and this position will play a significant role setting the standards for Project and Programme Management, and Governance along this transformational journey.

As a PMO Manager at John Crane, you will play a crucial role in aligning project management practices with our PMO standards and structure. You will oversee the health and performance of all Portfolio/Program and Project Relationships within assigned Divisional Portfolios. Working closely with key stakeholders, including the Master Black Belt and Full Time Black Belts, you will contribute to the successful delivery of various projects.

You will be a self-motivated, decisive, and adaptable to change, with a track record of setting and achieving ambitious yet realistic goals while displaying enthusiasm and tenacity.

Moreover, you will have a proven results-oriented mindset is essential, as well as the ability to inspire a vision and drive toward desired outcomes. Your experience in influencing and gaining buy-in from stakeholders and peers will be highly valued, as is will be your capability to navigate and excel in ambiguous environments.

A creative problem-solving and strong teamwork skills are crucial, along with effective collaboration and influencing abilities in a cross-functional setting. Additionally, you should possess a solid understanding of multiple business functions and technical capabilities, and the capacity to advocate for and lead change efforts is a key asset.
