Job description

Job title: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (depending on experience) -internally named Client Manager / Senior Client Manager, responsible for a portfolio of clients, as well as managing a team

Location: London, minimum of 2 days in the office per week

We are looking for an Account Manager / Senior Account Managerto join our Capture agency to successfully manage the full end to end service & relationship management of some of our key FMCG partners such as McVities, Red Bull, Moet & Chandon and McCain. This role will be referred to as Client Manager  / Senior Client Managerwithin our business.

What you'll be doing

We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:

Client management:Build strong relationships with your clients, understand their needs as a business and identify ways to cement and expand Capture's current set up with them.

Campaign creation:Lead the creation of all agency output for your clients. Create strategic proposals in conjunction with other members across SMG and your direct team.

Campaign evaluation:Comfortable with reviewing and simplifying the presentation of data. Oversee the team output of all evaluation work and leading presentations to clients.

Team management:Manage team members with varying experience, assign their resource to own particular areas of the clients you oversee.

Commercial management:Oversee the commercial reporting of your client base, being able to assess how your client accounts are performing and articulate this clearly and simply to your line manager.

Business development: Work across the business development cycle and to achieve budgeted growth ambitions while supporting with SMG's marketing efforts and creating and distributing key content.

What you'll need to have / be

A proven track record in delivering business growth.

Previous line management experience, particularly coaching and development of a high performing team.

A strong grip of numbers, able to work seamlessly with data & financial reporting.

Experience working in a fast paced and matrixed organisation with a solution focused mind-set.

Possess strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
