Lettings Administrator
North West London
£24,000-£26,000
Our client is a property management company who are recruiting for a Lettings Administrator to join their lettings department. Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years experience in property or lettings administration however this is not essential.
Our client is offering career prospects, generous holidays and off street parking is available.
Duties will include:
• Responding to letting enquiries via phone and email
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Sending out emails and correspondence
• Arranging meetings
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Signing up tenants to properties, processing tenancy agreements
• Uploading properties to online portals online
• Arranging client meetings for the team
• General lettings administration
Skills and attributes:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong IT skills
• Hands on and versatile
• Ability to multitask
