Job Title: Front Of House Host / Receptionist
Salary: £20,000-£21,000 per annum
Location (s): This role requires someone with a driving licence and they must own their own car based on the need to cover the following locations: Heswall, Hoylake and occasionally Liverpool city centre
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join a well known, North West based legal client to cover front of house reception duties across three different locations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting such offices and the key responsibility you'll hold is to provide a consistent high level of service, ensuring clients and visitors have a positive experience.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the client area and meeting facilities are presentable at all sites.
Understanding all client's needs and being adaptable to handle all situations and enquiries.
Managing meeting room appointments and keep the diaries updated.
Handling all new business enquiries as and when required.
Overseeing all deliveries that come into the building and handing it across to the correct recipient immediately.
Requirements:
At least one years experience in a front of house reception/host/secretary role.
Own a driving licence and your own vehicle.
