Housing Management Worker
Corby

I am looking for a special person to work in supported accommodation for homeless people, or those who are about to be made homeless.

In this role you will be:

• Assisting with personal development plans
• Helping to keep the houses running smoothly
• Supporting clients to progress towards moving on into their own home
• Signposting and providing support in areas such as mental health, physical health, education and employment

For this role, where you can make a difference to people’s lives, you must have:

• Experience of working with vulnerable people
• An NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards this (preferred)
• Experience of working within boundaries, appreciating the importance of confidentiality
• The ability to write clear and concise reports as well as to communicate at all levels
• The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Good IT Skills
• A flexible approach to work contents and hours worked
• Use of a car for work purposes
