Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Our client, a long-established and highly regarded private legal practice based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Cilex to join their existing team in a senior capacity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the day-to-day conduct of clinical negligence cases. The firm is seeking a motivated and organised Solicitor with ambition, to provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.
The role involves handling litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence claims, and will include liaising with barristers, opponents and experts.
Person Specification:
* A qualified Solicitor or Cilex, with a minimum 3-5 PQE
* Ideally will have a strong background in clinical negligence litigation
* Must have a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
* Must have the ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information logically
* Have proficient IT skills
* Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
