The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retails outlets and mixed housing. Fareham has been hosting regular markets since 1212, and today hosts a range of street-based weekly and monthly events which is ideal for increasing trade at the Wicor Mill. The town is also well served by both road and rail links Demographics: The pub benefits from being one of only two pubs found in an area of around 4141 adults. The local customer base is made up of Older retired home owners and long-term couples with mid -range incomes .
