Adult Social Worker - Hybrid - SW England
Are you an Adult social worker looking to improve the lives of vulnerable adults? Do you want to support adults from a hybrid position? Do you want to work with a low caseload?
A Local Authority in South West England is hiring for a full time Adults' Social Worker to adhere to local adults in need that are in use of the support from adult's social care as part of the community and assessment teams.
Key Duties include:
Screen Referrals and Complete duty visits
Care Act assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments

Hybrid Working - Work from home 2 days a week, attend meetings when necessary
Free parking on site
Upto £150 compensation a week
What are they looking for?
Qualified social worker with 1 year + adult experience
Registered with SWE
Drivers Licence and Car
